How long does take to produce a single product?

• Production time can take up to 2-3 weeks for completion.

What is made-to-order?

• Made-to-order means your order is prepared and produced after payment.

When can I expect to receive my made-to-order product?

• After completion is finalized, please allow up to 3 business days (in the US). Please refer to our shipping policy to see shipping time for your country.

Can I return my product if it’s not the right size?

• All made-to-order products and purchased items are unfortunately, non-returnable. We highly suggest referring to our size chart before completing your order or contact us directly with any questions you may have.

Does our gear come with armor?

• All jackets come with CE-approved armor at shoulders, elbow and back. All jeans and pants comes with CE-2 knee and hip armor.

Can my existing armor fit into these jackets?

• Most, if not all, standard armor can fit into our jackets. Fits back protectors up to 15.5’’, shoulders up to 7’’, and elbows up to 9.5’’

How will I know that my order is ready?

• As soon as your order is completed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Do you ship to my country?

• Yes, we do ship to all countries. Please see shipping options during checkout.

Will I turn heads in these jackets?

• Yes, you will turn heads in your Chic Riot jacket. Disclaimer: We are not liable for any broken necks caused by extreme fashion.
